We ship via GogoExpress (Cash on Delivery). For same day delivery please message us.

Shipping thru GogoXpress (Cash on Delivery)
This is a delivery option that provides a cash on delivery service or bank transfer (upfront payment) depending on your choice. Items will be picked up and will be delivered to the recipient around 3 to 7 days.
​Please prepare payment when the courier delivers it to you on your doorstep.


How long before an item is shipped?

  • For GogoExpress, after ordering we will have your item picked up as soon as possible

We usually ship as soon as an order is received but please give us at least 1-2 days to process and prepare your order.

For journals or other custom items, please give us a at least a week to create the item as these are handmade. Once item is shipped you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order status while waiting for delivery.

Please also understand that there might be delays in deliveries as we are still in this pandemic.

​Returns/Refund

If you receive the item damaged, we can send a replacement for free. Just send us visual proof of the damaged item. 

I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

​Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customized and personalized items can not be returned (i.e. Notebook or mugs with printed Name)
